As 2025 comes to a close, we are humbled by how far we’ve come and inspired by what lies ahead. Your belief in our mission has fueled a year of incredible growth, advocacy, and renewed purpose for Voices of Change 2018.
Our Founder, Nicole Moehring, has devoted this year to public speaking engagements sharing her powerful message of advocacy and awareness through her second book, Evan’s Voice: A Boy with a Disability. Abused and Failed by Many. And His Mother’s Quest for Justice. Nicole’s voice continues to inspire communities, professionals, and families to protect and empower individuals with disabilities.
We are also proud to announce the launch of our first two children’s books, Evan Says and Gillian Says, beautifully written and designed specifically for children with disabilities. These books teach body safety in a simple, engaging, and empowering way. Each includes a Safety Guide for parents, caregivers, and educators. Offering valuable information on how to use the stories to enhance prevention efforts and awareness about the abuse of individuals with cognitive, developmental, and intellectual disabilities.
Voices of Change 2018 mission is rooted in compassion, dedication and prevention. In these challenging economic times, we never want a parent, guardian, or caregiver to feel they cannot afford a safety book that could help protect their child. That is why we are asking for your support through our 2025 Annual Appeal.
Your generous donation will help us provide Evan Says and Gillian Says books to children with disabilities and their families at no charge. Together, we can make sure every child has access to the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to stay safe.
